"Our 2015 Canadian Cancer Research Conference (CCRC) had a number of firsts including being the first CCRC to be held outside of Toronto and the first CCRC to benefit from professional conference planning assistance. It was a tremendous success, exceeding target in registration, abstracts, and sponsorship.

"Golden Planners played an important role in helping CCRA organize the 2015 CCRC. From the beginning, your involvement has been of immense help, whether it was advice on programming or new sponsorship properties and our approaches into the corporate sector, to managing the conference suppliers.

"Without hesitation I would recommend Golden Planners to any organization contemplating the undertaking of a large conference."

Robin Harkness, Ph.D.
Executive Director
Canadian Cancer Research Alliance

"For our 2012 Conference and Trade Show, Leadership Through Innovation, we wanted to build on the successes of past conferences and you were a big part of this achievement. Over 700 participants experienced the three days of pre-conference sessions, plenary sessions, meals with speakers, social networking events and our largest-ever exhibition of 70 booths including the career fair.

"From the beginning, your involvement has been of immense help, whether it was advice on programming or new sponsorship properties, to managing the conference suppliers. Your Timed Order of Proceedings, including the remarks to be delivered by the Master of Ceremonies, and your on-site support was critical to ensuring a seamless, efficient Program.

"Since GPI began working with our exhibitors (2010), we have received nothing but praise for how friendly and frequent your communications were with them on behalf of CNA. In fact, our sponsors, participants and suppliers have also been very complimentary about your level of service."
